  • Scheduled delivery and scheduled pickup within the Core Service Zone
  • Seven consecutive rental days, beginning on the confirmed delivery date
  • Basic order tracking and customer support
Delivery and pickup. Pricing includes delivery and pickup only within the Core Service Zone and during standard route windows. Distance, premium scheduling, stairs, waiting time, redelivery, split deliveries and other non-standard requirements may generate additional charges.

Extension rule. Rental equipment added to a package follows the same pickup date. If the entire order is extended, add-on equipment remains subject to its applicable weekly extension rate or the quoted extended-order price. Extension requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup and remain subject to availability.
