If something is not here, the full terms are published too — or ask us directly.
Rental basics
Seven consecutive calendar days, beginning on your confirmed delivery date. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, the final rental day is your scheduled pickup date.
Yes. Extend by the week at the published rate for your package — +$35 for Studio/Dorm up to +$90 for 5 Bedroom+. Submit extension requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup; extensions are subject to availability.
One delivery and one pickup are included within the Core Service Zone during standard route windows. Extended zones, premium windows, same-day service, split trips, stair handling and waiting time may add charges — all of them are published on the Rental Terms page.
Yes. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals and delivered with its lid attached.
Yes. Additional totes are $4 each, $18 for five or $30 for ten, on the same term as your package. Add them to your booking request or contact us during your rental — availability applies.
Your pickup date is set when your booking is confirmed. Stack the empty totes at the agreed access point before your window opens. Changes are effective only when we acknowledge them in writing.
If equipment is not available at the scheduled pickup, an additional pickup attempt is $35 plus any applicable extension or holdover charges. An unapproved holdover is the applicable extension fee plus a $25 administration charge.
Equipment and supplies
Both, and we label which is which. Disposable materials — tape, bubble wrap, paper, stretch wrap, foam, mattress bags — are sold and never collected. Reusable protection such as moving blankets, covers and dust covers is rented and comes back with your order.
Ordinary wear and tear is never charged. Lost, misused, contaminated or unusable equipment is charged at the published replacement schedule — $25 per standard tote, $75 per standard dolly, and so on. Items without a published value are charged at current retail replacement cost plus applicable administrative, collection and delivery expenses.
Yes. Each package includes dollies, and you can add a standard dolly for $20 or a heavy-duty/XL dolly for $30 for up to seven days. Platform carts are $35 each. Specialty handling equipment is quoted per order.
Yes — moving straps, shoulder and forearm lifting straps, ratchet, cam-buckle and lashing straps, slings and cargo nets. All of it is supplied subject to its rated working load limit and manufacturer's instructions.
Yes. We supply flat-screen TV protection kits, monitor protection kits, IT and electronics crates, computer and monitor boxes, and anti-static bubble wrap.
One label per tote is included. Beyond that we offer color-coded room labels, department labels, fragile and this-side-up labels, tamper-evident seals, barcode and QR-code inventory labels, inventory tags, cable identification labels, and thermal label printers for rental, purchase or project supply.
Who we serve
Yes, and they are a large part of what we do. Tell us about stairs, elevator reservations, loading restrictions and parking in your booking request so we can plan the route and protect the building.
Yes. Commercial packages start at $199 for 50 crates and 3 dollies over seven days, and scale to 200 crates with 10 dollies at $599. Enterprise relocations of 300–1,000+ crates are quoted per project.
Yes. We run recurring accounts, wholesale equipment rental, reserved inventory and scheduled route programs for moving companies, property managers, apartment communities, realtors, self-storage operators, universities and relocation firms.
No. Moveables rents equipment, sells moving supplies, and delivers and collects that equipment. We are not a licensed household-goods carrier and we do not pack, load or transport your belongings unless separately licensed and contracted for that service.
Booking and payment
Not yet. Submitting Build Your Move sends a booking request. It becomes a reservation once we confirm inventory, delivery window and payment in writing.
Residential orders are paid in full at booking. Commercial orders take a deposit or prepayment as stated in the quote, and approved accounts may receive invoicing terms.
A refundable security authorization or deposit may be required for specialty, high-value, extended or large-volume orders.
Extended Zone A adds $25 and Extended Zone B adds $50. Beyond the standard radius we take commercial, grouped-route or custom orders only, subject to route feasibility and a minimum order.
