Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel 72 hours or more before delivery for a full refund, less any non-refundable special-order costs. Closer to the delivery date, a processing or restocking charge applies.

Cancellation and order changes

Order reduction before route assignment	Reprice to the appropriate package or custom configuration
Order reduction after dispatch	No refund for unused or declined equipment
Cancellation 72+ hours before delivery	Full refund less any non-refundable special-order costs
Cancellation 24–72 hours before delivery	$25 processing charge
Cancellation under 24 hours / after route assignment	$50 late cancellation and restocking charge
Customer not available / unsafe or inaccessible delivery	$35 rescheduling/redelivery plus applicable route charge
Schedule change	No charge when accepted before route assignment; otherwise applicable rescheduling charge

Extensions and late returns

Event	Charge / treatment
Extension requested 24+ hours before pickup	Applicable weekly extension fee for the package, subject to availability
Extension of add-on rental equipment	Applicable weekly extension rate for each item, or the quoted extended-order price
Long-term rental (28+ days)	Continue weekly extensions or request a custom long-term quote
Unapproved late return / holdover	Applicable extension fee plus $25 administration charge; continued daily or weekly charges may apply

Changes must be in writing. Extensions, cancellations, access changes and delivery instructions are effective only when acknowledged by Moveables in writing, including email, text or the booking platform.
